Experienced to do process design, optimization, and make the standard operation procedures. Be able to design the fixtures or jigs to improve the manufacture process, product efficiency or quality and safety. Strong at manufacture issue analysis, correction actions generation and their implementation

  

 

  

要求对于制造工艺设计、优化以及标准作业流程编制方面经验丰富；能独立设计工装、夹具以优化制造工艺、生产效率、质量和安全；有能力进行制造问题分析、改正措施提出及其落实生产；

  

 

  

Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

  

1.       Maintain BOM consumption, manufacture routine for mass production.

  

维护量产产品的物料清单、制造工艺流程；

  

2.       Responsible for process development, introduction, validation and tracking from pilot run to mass production.

  

负责产品从试产到量产的工艺设计、导入、验证和跟踪；

  

3.       Responsible for collecting, analyzing, verifying and solving problems found in mass production, and prepare the standard documents accordingly.

  

负责收集、分析、验证和解决产品量产过程中发现的问题，并准备相应的标准文件；

  

4.       Develop the assembly tools / jigs to optimize the manufacture process.

  

开发生产工具或工装，以优化制造工艺；

  

5.       Preparation of process flow diagram, SOP and process card, production line layout, etc.

  

准备工艺流程图、标准作业程序(SOP)以及流转卡，生产线布局图，等等；

  

6.       Train & assess operators to carry out the operations according to SOP.

  

根据标准作业流程，培训和评估作业人员，使其能够执行生产作业；

  

7.       Coordinate with production team leader to analyze processes, and then set up standard working hours for the products.

  

协调生产组长进行工艺分析，然后建立各产品工序的标准工时；

  

8.       Communicate with the quality department, production team and SCM team regularly to follow up the corrective actions implementing into daily production.

  

定期与质量、生产以及供应链部门沟通，跟踪日常的纠正措施落实至生产过程中；

  

9.       Implement ECN, maintain standards/specification and drawings of raw materials, and participate in the verification of new materials, technologies and processes.

  

执行工程变更ECN，维护原材料的标准、规格以及图纸，参与新材料、技术或者工艺的验证工作；

  

10.   Coordinate the third-party test agency to conduct the compliance tests and finish certifications.

  

协调第三方测试机构，合作完成符合性测试及认证
