Responsibilities Sourcing Assistant / 采购助理职责
As a Sourcing assistant you will support and report to the sourcing managers. You will be responsible that sourcing process runs smoothly and organized both with regard to administration and operationally. / 作为采购助理,需要协助采购经理并向其汇报,需要有效地管理和操作采购工作并确保采购流程正常进行。
Your responsibilities will amongst others be: / 采购助理职责包含以下内容:
- Receive and direct visitors and clients. / 接待和引导访客和客户。
- Record, compile, transcribe, file and distribute minutes of meetings. / 记录、汇编、转录、归档和分发会议记录。
- Write and distribute memo's, emails and reports when appropriate. / 在适当的时候撰写和分发备忘录、电子邮件和报告。
- Update the CRM system. / 更新CRM 系统(Qlik cloud, Sync)。
- Work together with and support to the sourcing managers. / 与采购经理团队合作并提供协助。
- Support sourcing enquiries & activities. / 协助采购询价和采购相关活动。
- Help prepare and co-ordinate sourcing quotes. / 协助准备和协调沟通采购报价。
- Market research. / 采购市场调查。
- Assist with creating sourcing proposals. / 协助制定采购计划。
- Assist with organizing sourcing events. / 协助组织安排采购相关活动。
- Prepare monthly sourcing reports. / 准备采购方面的月报。
- Process expense reports for sourcing staff. / 为采购同事处理操作采购相关费用报告。
- Verify & following orders. / 核实并跟进订单。
- Maintain customer data base. / 维护客户数据库。
- Quality control & Inspection report. / 产品质量检验和控制,并提供验货报告。

Sourcing & Export – We help and facilitate companies to source product(s) and/or supplier(s) with the aim to lower our clients costs and increase their profits. To source effectively we know that understanding the product and market is a major priority. Our sourcing process usually starts with gathering enough information on the product and market before contacting potential suppliers. The sourcing process ends when the right producer(s) and/or product(s) have been found, in helping the customer close the contracts and if required arrange the export.
Import – An increasing number of Western companies acknowledge the growing domestic market in China and see a chance to import and/or sell their goods and services there online. The changing rules, distance, language and communication difficulties make it extremely difficult to get a clear and transparent overview of the costs, procedures and reliability. With our local offices in China, MAiNS provides support to companies wishing to import into China from Europe. MAiNS is your first point of contact in China to map the import process and make all procedures transparent and comprehensible. MAiNS also takes care of managing and coordinating import into China directly to your local customers on site.
E-commerce Logistics – Since 2012 MAiNS is the exclusive sales agent for a large European postal company in China offering a reliable, affordable and fast delivery solution to Chinese webshops. Due to significant growth and to be able to maintain the service quality, we are currently looking for a Sales Support employee to manage the existing customers in Guangdong area.
Whether we can help our clients with sourcing & export, import, or E-commerce logistics we strive to be as transparent as possible. MAiNS Shanghai’s operating style is to be more like an extended unit of our client’s company rather than to be a separate company.
