1、负责日常生产线的产品质量管理，贯彻执行质量体系，及时响应在产品生产过程中的问题，保证产品质量Responsible for daily production quality management,implement quality system, solve product processing problem timely,ensure product quality.

2、处理客户抱怨，确保及时给予客户反馈，并与客户定期交流Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly communicates with customer 

3、负责现场质量问题及客户端问题解决，牵头进行8D讨论会议，完成8D报告及措施实施的闭环监督

Responsible for organizing 8D meeting for the quality problems of on site and customer, finish 8D report and monitor the closed-loop of the measure implementation；

4、收集及汇总质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule

5、负责制定分层审核，策划并实施“红兔子”，对现场质量体系的执行及过程探测能力进行审核并完成改进行动

Responsible for planning layer audit, planning and carrying out “Red Rabbit”,to audit field implementation of quality system and process detecting ability ,and make improvement action

6、负责工程更改的跟踪实施。

Be responsible for the implementation and tracking of ECP in mass-prodution.

7、负责参加工厂RPN降低活动，持续改进过程。

Responsible for reduce factory’s RPN and the process of improvement.

8、负责现场相关操作工及检验员的不定期培训，持续提高员工质量意识

Responsible for training relevant operators and inspectors irregular,improve their quality consciousness continuously.

9、负责对工厂过程控制进行经验教训总结。

Responsible for summarizing the experience of company’s process control.

10、负责识别公司运营过程中存在潜在对客户满意或产品质量有风险的过程，并持续改进之，参与公司其他的体系审核和改进活动

Responsible for recognizing the process which may have the risk of product quality and customer satisfaction from the process of company’s running，take part in other system audit and improvement activities.

11. 承担公司相关流程以及TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000标准要求的管理责任，确保公司体系文件的有效运行。

Be responsible for the company's procedures and TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards, to ensure the effective operation of the system document.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育:本科或以上学历（机械或工科背景）

Education: Bachelor or above degree (major in Industry Engineering)

经历: 2年以上相关汽车行业质量工作经验

Experience：above 2 year of quality experience, automobile industry background.

技能Skill:

掌握质量体系知识 Have a good command of quality system

掌握产品测量技术Have a good command of the technology of measure

掌握8D工具和思维Have a good command of 8D and thinking

掌握PFMEA的应用和思维Have a good command of using PFMEA and thinking

掌握质量审核能力Have a good command of quality auditing

良好的英文能力，逻辑思维能力，团队组织能力，协调安排和时间管理能力

Good English ability, team organization ability, coordinating and time management skills
