- Responsible for the electrical and mechanical design of dry transformer and special dry transformer, include the high voltage (>35kV) dry transformer.
- Analyzing and solving the complex technical issues in workshop and on site.
- Responsible for or support design improvement projects.
- Working with global PG for technology transferring, design rules alignment and communicate the technical issues.
- Technical support for quotation and sales activities.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation/High-Voltage Technology is preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience in related field of engineering or R&D. Transformer design experience is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills, result-oriented, and be capable of analyzing for solutions.
- Team player with high level of initiative, self-learning, and pragmatic approach.
- Project management and time management, willing to take challenges.
- Good English in oral and written both.
