Position: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Workplace: Shanghai, China

  

  

Key Responsibilities

1.Define, design and direct the implementation of the Master Data Management framework.

2.Responsible for the conception, design, development, and deployment of data Warehouse architecture (e.g., ETL process, ODS, EDW, Data Marts).

3.Designing database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.

4.Maintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems

5.Develop business intelligence reporting and data visualizations

6.Assist with Data Collection and Modeling to integrate various data sources into the data warehouse with meaningful structure and format to enable efficient and effective reporting and analytics.

7.Continue to develop and optimize the company business and financial metrics that would help managers make better financial, customer service and marketing decisions.

8.Deliver a project scope and data strategy that directly supports the key business drivers.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Studies, or related field.

2.5+ years’ experience in design and architecture of enterprise level data warehouse solutions

3.5+ years’ experience in developing BI solutions including creating new reports, designing data models and ETL processes.

4.Strong experience using a range of Business Intelligence tools (Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau).

5.Strong experience with MS SQL Server

6.Understanding of online reseller landscape and insights and best practice on the platforms like JD,Tmall and WeChat

7.Strong analytical and visualization capability

8.Business KPIs understanding i.e sales data, margin, rebates, market shares etc.

9.A strong verbal and written communication skill in both business and technical areas
