岗位职责：

• Engage, develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• Target to fulfill sales target as established within APAC Region.

• Research on ROA solar markets and perform sales activities.

• Plan and organize related sales events to promote and present the Company in specific markets.

• Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure leads and accounts have received proper management.

• Draft regional sales short-term and long-term strategies.

• Manage complete cycles of solar farm projects until contract signing and shipments.

  Responsible for team recruitment, training and subsidiary divisions management.

任职要求：

• Proven sales track record as business development or sales.

• Exceptional team management, organization and internal/external communication skills.

• Excellent presentation, public speaking and language skills.

• Good long-term strategy drafting, planning skills.

• More than 5 years in solar business.

  English and Russian language preferred.
