• 主持质量管理的全面工作，并对质量管理的各项工作结果负责。
• 组织建立质量管理体系,确保质量体系的有效运行。
• 制定质量目标和质量计划，经批准后组织实施。
• 制定产品质量检验标准，对公司采购品和产品质量控制负责，对批量责任事故负责。
• 有对各类产品质量事故进行调查，分析和提出处理意见权。定期通报各有关部门质量检查结果，对存在的质量问题制订纠正和预防措施并组织实施。
• 定期对全厂员工进行质量管理制度及提高质量意识的培训。
• 参与新产品开发的先期策划，审查产品设计、工艺的科学性、合理性。
• 负责质量部的工作。

任职资格:

• 大专以上学历，机械或电子相关专业。
• 5年以上中型企业质量管理工作相关经验。
• 熟悉ISO或TS质量认证体系。
• 认真负责，有较强的质量规范意识。
• 有多子公司体系策划优先。
