高级质量工程师-大型德国独资工厂（贵州、重庆可选）

1、 Performs root cause analysis on internal (NSR) and external (RMA) complaints and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns. Ensures targets of RMA solutions are kept while maintaining and exceeding quality levels.

2、 Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the company’s quality system, standards and policies by means of 5S, kaizen lean methods.

3、 Use quality tools (8D, 5xWhy, DOE, MSA, FMFA) to analyze quality issues; participates in NSR meetings to initiate problem solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements by means of 8D/CA reports.

4、 Identifying risks, making recommendations and delivering quality solutions,

5、 Evaluates,coordinates,and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design,

Materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities and assembly methods hereby introducing efficient production line methods and initiates, coordinates and directs procedures to increase daily output and reduce errors due to machine failures and bad workmanship.

6、 Train production team members to enhance quality solutions,

7、 Assist in the investigation of product modifications to ensure quality standards are met and participates in a smooth implementation of engineering changes (ECX) ,document/part control,in-process quality controls,OBA PPM, and quality metrics tracking and daily/weekly analysis of productions first pass yield reporting.

8、 Oversee that product reliability testing standards and product acceptance criteria are implemented &followed.

9、 Enforce compliance for raw material (Component) ,FG quality levels, national and international safety standards and may assist in quality audits.

10、 First article inspections (FAI) and reports for existing and new product introductions (NPI) including CPK and SPC process methods.

11、 Analyze the production process and WIP/RAW material quality control; proposing adjustments to the production process as needed to assure the attainment of business objectives while insuring products standards will exceed the company’s quality standards.
