Responsibilities:

1. Booking work through the SGS system, managing timelines

2.Giving clear direction on shots, helping to give a clear brief

3. Managing the customer database and oversee the scheduling of appointments for the photographers

 contact client or supplier regarding equipment and/or material/props needs

4.Prepare invoice and ensure billing submit on time to client and studio

5. Oversee communicating and refining studio policies, workflow, photography standards and general studio operations

6. Check image quality, release to client’s system in time.

岗位职责：

1.通过SGS系统预订工作，管理时间表

2. 明确拍摄要求，给出明确的拍摄说明

3. 管理客户数据库并监督摄影师的预约安排

4.就设备和/或材料/道具需求与客户或供应商进行联络。

5. 准备发票并确保按时向客户和工作室提交账单

6. 监督沟通和完善工作室政策、工作流程、摄影标准和一般工作室运营检查照片质量，并在规定时间内上传客户系统。

Requirements:

1.Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, with knowledge in packaging design or photo shooting will be an advantage

2. Strong client facing customer service provider

3. Proficient in English, Chinese

4. MS office application is a must (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

5. Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills would be an advantage

7. Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment

8.Attended to detail and quality of work in terms of effectiveness and efficiency

9.Creative problem solver who can bring skills and experiences to a high caliber digital creation team

10. Ability to deliver to deadlines - overtime / shift work may be required

11. Strong and professional under pressure
