Provide operational and technical guidance to director, Quality staff, programs and clients on issues of standards, program policies, including interpretation, compliance, legal matters, and customer complaints, as assigned.

Manage product certification specialist staff and oversee investigations and enforcement as necessary to bring successful resolution to issues of non-compliance.

Assist with the development and implementation of annual operating plans and budget for Quality & Compliance

In conjunction with other NSF regulatory outreach initiatives, provide support to regulatory agencies with regard to NSF programs and activities to create a positive working relationship between NSF and regulatory agencies.

Manage and facilitate accreditation and regulatory audits.

Evaluate and report on operational metrics relative to the performance of the department as well as compliance health of business units.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

任职要求：

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality or Science.

质量管理或科学技术相关专业本科以上学历。

At least 5 years quality management experience in certification authority.

5年以上认证机构质量管理经验。

Familiar with the accreditation requirements of the American standards institute (ANSI);

熟悉美国标准学会（ANSI）等认可要求。

 Familiar with ISO 17065 and 17025, requirements and implementation for CMA procedures;

熟悉ISO 17065和17025，CMA认可等程序要求和实施。

Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communications, and teamwork building.

在领导、沟通和团队合作方面有出色表现。

 Good communication skills.

 良好的沟通技能。

Good English capability for both Oral and Written

良好的英语能力。
