1）Train customers about the installation of PolyTech's products, both for factory and service customers.

     为制造类和服务类客户提供保利泰克产品的安装培训。

2）Regular on-site inspection to ensure that the process and quality of products installed by customers meet the requirements of PolyTech.

    定期去现场检查以确保客户的安装流程和质量符合保利泰克的要求。

3）Collect feedback and suggestions from customers at job site. Solve technical or quality problems appeared on site.

     从现场收集客户的反馈和建议。在现场解决出现的技术或质量问题。

4）Coordinating and arranging the training.

     协调安排培训工作。

5）Reporting and working out documentation.

     撰写报告和其他文件。

6）Other tasks assigned by Head of Business Development Asia.

    亚洲区商务总监委派的其他任务。

任职要求：

1）5 years or above working experience as Job Site Engineer or related position. Foreign-invested company is preferred.

    五年以上现场服务工程师或相关职位的工作经验。有外资公司从业经历者优先考虑。

2）Excellent handicraft skill; knowledge of blade manufacturing processes or blade servicing processes is preferred.

     极强的动手能力；具备叶片制造流程或叶片维护流程的经验者优先考虑。

3）Rich working experience with composite materials.

     具备丰富的复合材料方面的知识。

4）Good skills in training other people.

     具备良好的培训技巧。

5）Having strong sense of overall customer satisfaction and improved customer experience.

     具备客户满意度的理念并致力于提高客户的体验度。

6）Willing to accept frequent business trips.

     愿意接受频繁的出差。

7）Good English skills both in written and oral.

     具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

8）Good at organizing and planning.

     善于组织和计划。

9）Have teamwork spirit and ability to work independently.

     具备团队协作精神并能独立开展工作。

10）Effective and direct communicator.
