Key Responsibilities:

• 积极了解行业动态和产品专业知识，有计划有节奏地通过新媒体（如微信朋友圈、直播等）渠道推广业务
• 门店客户接待，优化客户体验，及时反馈客户询问信息
• 协助店铺团队的日常运营，更新客户数据库及资料
• 协助店铺的导览和陈列，参与品牌的培训， 提升产品知识
• 与客户交流，推广促进店铺/零售业务，提升客户购买力和满意度
• 其它的店铺相关工作支持

Profile:

• 本科学历，酒店管理相关专业的优先，欢迎应届生
• 热爱家居设计行业，有创意和好奇心，学习能力好
• 形象气质佳，有亲和力，具有良好的中英文表达能力
• 条理清晰，工作认真细致，责任心强
• 接受店铺的轮班工作时间安排，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.

We seek to explore the relationship between people and the simple objects they use in life - a plate, a teacup, a chair; it is here where we discover the beauty of everyday life.
