Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to both of CFO and HR VP, Greater China.
• Work closely with Finance and HR team and follow up work tasks with both internal and external parties
• Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree above related in finance, marketing, communications or others.
• One year work experience for an international corporation, consulting or communications firm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Detail-minded, presentable, proactive, self-motivated, independent, and diligent.
