Service Engineer, Haerbin

1. Purpose
In order to support the sales and improve minerals marketing presence, meanwhile satisfy more customers and better improve service level, we require service engineers to spend more time to work together with customers, guide the installation and commissioning for all kind of products and equipments at the mine site for Weir, to ensure all products to run in right process, and protect the spare parts supply on timely manner for the key account customers.

2. Main job responsibilities
1) Build service system and ability in region, keep good relationship with key customers and all clients, and ensure the spare parts supply;
2) Installation, commissioning of Mining and Mineral processing facility on field;
3) Develop service network, supply technical and maintenance training to distributors and customers;
4) Manage all the clients in region, solve the emergency, reduce the customer complaint;
5) Regularly contact end-user to secure good performance of Weir products;
6) Support and assist area sales (supervisor) for daily sales job;
7) Report to National Service Manager.

3. Competencies required
1) College degree in mining/ mineral processing or Fluid mechanical;
2) 3 years plus working experience of mining & mineral processing equipment service & design;
3) Command of writing and reading English;
4) Skilful in MS office esp. power point;
5) Team work spirit and a good communicator;
6) Be able to travel frequently; independent and self-disciplined.

4. Expected request
1) Machinery design or manufacture experience is an advantage;
2) 5 years plus working experience of mining/mineral processing or pumping is an advantage;
3) Good oral English is preferred;
4) Rubber cold bonding experience is an advantage;
5) Service-sales mind set is highly desirable.
