Duties：

职责：

Supervise and keep the inventory movement including the daily goods sent and received by reviewing the accuracy of quantities and values.

Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the physical inventory’s book quantity and value

Proactively communicate with different teams to identify useful and critical information that impact financial and business;

Maintaining master data in ERP system, including purchase and sales related activities to make sure the inventory results are correctly reflected in system.

Be as the interface with Chinese customs and CIQ, forwarding companies as well as couriers;

Responsible for certain product families, from issuing PO to vendors and following up to SO delivering of products to customers;

Act as coordinator of company global sourcing project, to ensure all the business activities to be captured on accounting books with reasonable background.

 

监督和维护库情况变动检查日常收发货物，账面和实际的数量和价值的准确性，找出差异并分析原因。

通过主动与公司内的不同团队进行沟通，识别影响财务和业务的有用的以及重要的信息；

在ERP系统中维护主数据，包括与采购和销售有关的活动，以确保库存结果正确反映在系统中。

作为与中国海关和检验检疫局，货运公司以及快递公司的接口；

负责某些产品系列，从向采购员下达采购订单，到跟进销售订单中的产品交付客户；

担任公司全球采购活动的协调员，以确保将所有业务活动反映在会计账簿中且具备合理的业务背景。

 

Qualifications:

要求：

8+years of related working experience in cost and storage management; or inventory management with import/export processing experiences as a plus.

Familiar with COST behavior;

Highly understanding to International commerce; international trading settlement; familiar with processing of import and export customs declaration and related supervisory agencies or authorities of PRC.

Excellent communication skills and ability of understanding with a good sense of tax positioning;

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Language: Good written and spoken English

Computer: Excellent MS office tools skill

Behavioral competences: Accurate, logical, efficient, responsible, team work, communication

 

8年以上库存成本管理，进出口管理相关工作经验；

熟悉生产成本习性；

熟悉国际商务；国际贸易结算；进出口海关以及相关监管机构的监管流程的操作;

优秀的沟通技巧和理解能力，可以与不同团队以及不同官方窗口合作以顺利完成工作;

教育背景：本科以上

语言：良好的英文读写

计算机：MSOffice熟练;

行为能力：准确，逻辑性好，高效，负责，团队合作.
