You will be responsible for intercompany transaction, and focuses on the internal purchasing, demand analysis, inventory control. And you will also be involved in the international transportation, shipment tracking and related issues.

  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Analyze sales order and forecast, place internal PO to other Sulzer APS companies.

• Responsible for the internal purchasing and stock level control.

• Responsible for the delivery date control of internal purchasing materials.

• Maintain and audit the purchase price.

• Responsible for the slow moving of internal purchasing materials.

• Solve the urgent or unusual issues of internal purchasing materials in time.

• Work with the related departments (Sales/Planning/Customer Services/etc.) to confirm the best delivery dates for the purchasing materials.

• Work with Quality and other related Departments to solve abnormal goods issues

• Work with finance Dept to ensure internal company payment on time.

• Continue to optimize the intercompany order process.

• Make the supplier evaluation, including OTD, speed of order confirmation

• Support import & export issues related to intercompany orders

• Other related works assigned by the manager. 

   

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  Related work experience相关工作经验                        

• 3-4 years of related experience;

• Familiar with international business and import and export business

• Familiar supplier evaluation process, vendor negotiation and relationship management

  
  

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Bachelor degree or above

   

   Skills技能

• Familiar with SAP is preferential.

• Proficient in MS Office with good English level
