岗位职责：

1. 负责项目的整体创意设计，审核并调整设计方向；

2. 统筹协调各专业，对整个设计的全过程进行把控，包括分工、进度、质量、成本等，确保各项目按预期计划有效实施；

3. 负责项目设计过程中各环节设计成果与甲方的沟通和协调，及时有效地解决与甲方沟通过程中的各项技术问题，保持与甲方良好的合作关系；

4. 负责部门设计人员的技术培训和技术能力的考核，有针对性进行人才培养，不断提高部门设计人员的专业技术能力及工作效率；

5. 全面负责设计领域技术方向的研究和总体规划，及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程中的各项技术问题，确保能给予设计团队充分的技术支持和外部技术咨询；

6. 配合完成公司安排的其他工作。

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall creative design of the project, review and adjust the design direction;

2. To coordinate each major, control the process of the whole design, including the division of labor, schedule, quality, cost, etc., to ensure that each project is effectively implemented as planned;

3. Responsible for project design achievements of each link in the process of design and communicate and coordinate with party A, and to solve the technical problems in the process of communication with party A timely and effectively, keep Good relations of cooperation with party A;

4. Responsible for the inspection of department design personnel's technical training and technical ability, targeted for talent training, and continuously improve the professional technical ability and the work efficiency of designers from different departments;

5. Fully responsible for the research and planning of technical direction in the field of design, and to guide, manage, coordinate and solve the technical problems in the process of project in time, which ensures the sufficient technical support and external technical consultation for the design team;

6. To cooperate and complete other work assigned by the company.

职位要求：

1. 室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 具有室内设计行业5年以上工作经验，并且拥有杰出作品案例；

3. 熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

4. 把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解；

5. 有职业道德，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力;

6. 较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力

7. 英文听说流利者优先考虑。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Interior Design;

3. Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;

4. Creative with strong design philosophy;

5. Professional ethics, highly responsible, good communication and organization skills;

6. Skilled at presentation, design, detailing, time management ability and people management;

7. Proficiency in English is preferable.
