Your profile:

·         Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Business or IT related field

·         5+ years of professional experience in IT with experience in international ERP implementation projects

·         Excellent knowledge for cloud based ERP solution Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations or Comparable cloud solution

·         Clear mind for business processes especially in the areas of transportation management, sales, purchase, production and  warehouse.

·         Rich project management experience

·         Strong skills for people management and collaboration

·         Experiences in international project and company setups

·         Good English language is necessary, German language is a benefit

·         Analytical thinking and willingness to take responsibility

 

 

Your mission:

·         Take full responsibility by leading the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP solution for our Chinese entities

·         You support our internal stakeholders with identifying their demands, specifying requirements and providing appropriate and well-fitted solutions in the areas of finance management, sales, purchase, outsourced and insourced production, warehouse and transportation management in our multi-national scenario

·         You act as a central interaction and communication point between our business departments, our international ERP implementation team in Germany and our ERP implementation partner

·         You analyse, model and prioritize business processes and assess digital solutions for supporting their execution

·         You establish new approaches for master data management in order to enable a better and more industrialized execution of our business processes

·         You prepare, execute and summarize cross-functional workshops

·         Your major goal is to optimize our business processes and improve our operational excellence by introducing appropriate digital mechanisms based on a high end cloud ERP infrastructure

·         You manage the whole technical and business transition step by step and address operational and technical risks

·         You are used to deliver project results in time and in budget
