岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
1、 参与产品专家阶段需求分析、沟通及方案制定；
Participate in demand analysis, communication and program development at the product expert stage;
2、 做好项目开发规划及项目关键结点管理，全面推进项目；
Do a good job of project development planning and management of key nodes of the project, and comprehensively promote the project;
3、 根据具体项目特点,输出相应模具/检具/工装设备的相关技术要求;
According to the characteristics of the specific project, output the relevant technical requirements of the corresponding mold / check fixture / tooling equipment;
4、 跟踪模具/检具/工装的开发过程,进度及质量状况;
Track the development process, schedule and quality status of molds / gages / tooling;
5、 跟踪试生产产品的质量问题，并提供产品SOP后的技术支持;
Track the quality problems of trial production products and provide technical support after SOP;
6、 技术文件的编制/存档/发布等管理工作;
Management of technical documents preparation / archiving / release;
7、 完成产品的匹配及其更改方案;
Complete the matching of the product and its modification plan;
8、 定期汇报产品开发状况等。
Regularly report on product development status.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：
1、 本科以上学历,车辆工程、机械制造及相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering, mechanical manufacturing and related majors
2、5年以上汽车行业产品设计、研发、项目方面工作经验，3年以上尾门项目工作经验，熟悉整车厂的产品开发流程;
At least 5 years of work experience in product design, R&D, or project management in the automotive industry, at least 5 years of work experience in tail gate project, and familiar with the product development process of the OEM;
2、 熟练操作CATIA设计软件及其他办公软件；
Proficiency in CATIA design software and other office software;
3、 具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织管理能力；
Have good communication and coordination ability and organizational management ability;
4、 具有良好的分析判断能力和独立思考能力；
Have good analytical judgment and independent thinking ability;
5、 英语可作为工作语言；
English can be used as a working language;
6、 能够接受全球范围内出差。
Accept global business trips.
