Job Reponsibilities:

? To assure our products legal compliance, including provide training to internal and external parties;

? Assist merchandising team with technical product related requests;

? Develop and maintain related QA system and procedures (incl. testing requirements);

? Risk assessment of products and projects;

? Evaluate and approve laboratory reports and technical documents, and perform in house test if needs;

? Check and approve workmanship, measurements, fitting, size grading proficiently;

? Pre-production meeting with factory and follow up if needs;

? Sealed sample approval and sign off;

? Approve inspection reports and decide release, stand by or reject;

? Follow up and solve product quality problems, complaint or recalls;

? Project leader for any projects assigned by management;

? Proactively provide best technical alternatives and manufacturing to factory, in order to reach best bulk production quality; have good understanding and knowledge of supplier's technical level (machinery, employee's skills etc), strength, weakness and bottle neck if any.

Job Requirement:

·  Colleague degree or above, major in textile or garment/ quality production or relevant education;

·  At least 12 years working experience as shoes technician;

·  Preferable have Coaching/ Teaching experience; 

·  Preferably worked at factory/supplier level and in foreign buying office;

·  Experience of handling as children shoes and knowledge of safety requirements for children products;

·  Proactive, Strong follow-up skills;

·  Problem solver, Communicative; 

·  Fluent in Chinese and English language, both spoken and written.
