职责描述：

1.负责建立、完善公司的质量管理体系，并监督其实施，确保各项要求都落实到位；   

2.负责全公司质量工作的管理、组织、实施、考核工作；   

3.协助解决产品质量问题，处理质量纠纷；   

4.负责开展质量相关知识的培训，培养符合公司要求的质量人员；   

5.完成年度内、外审核工作；   

6.上级交付的其他工作。   

任职资格：

教育背景：本科及以上学历   

语言水平：英语四级以上   

培训经历：掌握ISO/TS16949或9001体系知识；熟悉品质统计分析方法。

工作经验：5年以上质量管理工作经验   

技能技巧：了解APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等工具和技术，以及QC手法和工具。有净化车间工作经验和项目管理经验的优先   

工作态度：工作认真负责，原则性强，良好的沟通能力和逻辑分析能力。
