Key Area of Responsibility (KARs):

• Play a leading role with the team to prepare and generate proposals, and supervise the process including content/format editing, approval/issuing process, etc.

• Provide copy-editing support that improves the content, structure, style and grammar of a variety of content types, including business narratives, emails, blogs, presentations, newsletters and announcements.

• Manage internal/external communication platforms and tools regarding content and schedule, and effectively distribute marketing kits such as newsletters and announcements.

• Guide and optimize the pitching process and develop a client engagement strategy to achieve business optimization

• Develop marketing materials, conduct in-depth industry/market research and analysis, and maintain an effective update on monthly and quarterly basis

• Coordinate with other offices to collect and consolidate departmental statistics/information

• Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned from senior management team

Required Qualification, Skill and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Real Estate or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field, preferably business support in a multinational organization.

• Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated issues in clear, concise communications.

• Proactive, results-oriented and possesses positive attitude

• A team player, enthusiastic, creative, confident and strong sense of responsibility

• Must be organized in order to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Possesses strong computer skills, including solid working knowledge of MS Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Ability to manage deadlines without compromising accuracy, quality and attention to detail

• Excellent command in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
