The Role

1. Confirm the technical clarification with ENS / TBI after the local assembly test of COF, and determine the respective scope of supply

2. Transform the Core of ITP of ENS / TBI or create the Core ITP of COF

3. Configure the BOM of COF domestic Core in SAP according to the instruction and the Core BOM of ENS / TBI, including the mechanical and instrument control materials

4. Create PR

5. Track and release the Core BOM and test BOM and drawings, and upload the drawings and relevant standards to the designated folder

6. Determine the localized material parameters and suppliers according to the Core BOM in COF, test BOM and drawings.

7. Identify drawings and relevant standards, ensure that technical requirements are clearly communicated to suppliers, and suppliers can complete product delivery in accordance with technical requirement

8. Track the material status after PO creation to ensure that the materials can arrive at the time required by assembly test

9. Process clarification with Assembly Engineer

10. Analyze missing and problematic materials during assembly, and create ECR and QN if necessary

11. Close after Assembly test, TECO(technical completion)

12. Reserve stock materials according to the quantity and technical requirements of future orders

What we expect of you?

1. More than 5 years of mechanical product design experience

2. Good expierence with SAP,PLM

3. Experience in mechanical testing and commissioning is preferred

4. Result oriented, strong problem-solving ability

5. Good English document reading and writing ability.

6. Technical knowledge required for Core assembly and delivery
