Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all indirect goods/service including CAPEX, local projects, MRO and consumables etc. supplied in right time with right quantity, right quality and most favorable price, to meet the requests from different functions;

2. PR and PO/contracts processing for indirect goods/service, handle invoice checking and payment request related issue, tracking PO/contract status, ensure full compliance to the Purchasing Guideline;

3. Provide regular reports and KPIs contributions to purchasing manager;

4. Support in documentation and expediting work for big projects;

5. Support in BCT Production Expansion Project from indirect purchasing side;

6. Support in SAP roll out in master data creation and maintaining;

7. Ensure fully compliance with Altana Code of Conduction and business ethics;

8. Fulfill various purchasing requests from TS labs and R&D lab.

Requirements:

1. University degree or above, major in Chemical Machinery or Mechanical Engineering and Automation or relevant；

2. At least 3 years’ experience in indirect purchasing functions in chemical industry；

3. Experience in using SAP system is required；

4. Scrupulous, extroverted, Initiative, conscientious, willingly to learn new knowledge, can work under pressure；

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills, good know-how in RFQ and bidding & tendering；

6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin；

7. Familiar with office software.
