Responsibilities:

工作职责

Main tasks

• Set up and maintain quality standard for Nitriding process
• Provide necessary coach/support to team member
• In charge of quality control on Nitriding production
• Conduct internal audits as plan (VDA6.3, CQI-9).
• Monitor the preparation and implementation of quality control plan and inspection procedure
• Support the APQP process on all Nitriding new projects
• Arrange the customer audit on connection, reception and make corrective action reports
• Liaise with customer for quality issues, handle quality complaint from customer in mass production phase
• Generate monthly quality report by using statics methods
• Drive continuous quality improvement, prevent the production and shipment of any defective products to customer

   

Supporting tasks

• Assist head of HSE/Q to maintain the quality system (IATF16949)
• Establish a high standard of quality for the manufacturing
• Work with application and production team to identify cost reduction opportunities during the sampling and the production phases

  

Requirements:  

要求

• Bachelor degree in Quality control or engineering
• IATF16949 auditor
• Be familiar with CQI-9, VDA6.3
• Good experience on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control in automobile company, heat treatment
• Measurement knowledge (metallographic test, hardness analysis, salt spray test etc.) is require
• Fluent English in written and verbal，Good at reading English drawings
• Good teamwork spirit and leadership skills
• Strong communication and trouble shooting skills
