Anaik, specialist of Emotional Marketing

Our job is to design and supply promotion items to our BtoB customers that are international brands (in Cosmetics, Wine and Spirits, Retailers, Airlines, …)

Our headoffice is in France and we are also set up in New-York, Hong-Kong and Shanghai (100 people in total).

Our Shangha？ office, set up 12 years ago is dedicated in the supplier relationship, quality and traceability. 12 people in direct link with our team in France to set up win-win partnerships with our suppliers.

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser:

Job based in Shanghai . Frequent travels in factories in mainland China.

Responsibilities:

Your main mission is to make sure factories respect the different process from the beginning of a project to make sure this one will be ship on time with the desired quality and in the required conditions.

THE POSITION :

 Report to the Production & Sourcing Manager

Manage and deal with the different files created in order to follow pre orders and orders smoothly.

Communicate with suppliers/factories to follow-up on orders and buyers' requirements.

Evaluate suppliers on site to help them with the different requirements.

Organize meeting with factories to follow KPI and set up actions plan for improvements.

Work with Quality, Supply Chain teams to anticipate any quality and shipment issues.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management / International Trade or equivalent.

1-3 years working experience in sourcing industry, quality or order management.

 Good communication and presentation skills.

Customer-oriented.

 Enjoys challenges, positive and able to work under pressure.

Independent and able to take initiative, proactive, International spirit.

Familiar with European safety regulations and markets is a plus.

Fluent in oral & written English and Chinese

 Proficient in MS Excel applications (Word, Excel, Power-point).
