Responsibility:

· Prepare and assess detailed project plans/schedules (levels 0 through 4) for all stages and facets of projects.

· Establish and maintain relationships with Clients and support the drive to meet project targets for optimum project delivery.

· Monitor and update projects and schedules.

· Review project milestones and overall completion timetable in conjunction with the project scope and identify any anomalies or inconsistencies.

· Assist Project Managers in managing change control.

· Develop and monitor Progress and performance curves which represent a quantified, time-scaled summary of the detail schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and overall project.

Qualifications
· Ability to work in a multi-discipline environment as a team member.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work with clients and project personnel to achieve project outcomes.
· Be a team builder and regularly attend and contribute to Project Status Meetings and Team Communications Meetings.
· Possess a sound knowledge of the Mandarin and English languages both written and spoken
· Engineering diploma or degree.
· Proficiency in MS project, and Primavera P3 software.
· Understand the full range of issues related to the Planning/scheduling of large or mid size heavy industrial projects.
· Minimum 5 years experience, 3 years planning experience.
· Experience in engineering consulting in a heavy industrial environment would be an advantage.
· Preparedness to travel, to suit project needs and as required by the PDG Business Unit.
