1. Responsible for all the automation system’s maintenance and improvement.

   负责工厂所有自动化系统的日常维护和改进工作。

2. Creates the procedure and training the operators of the automation system that ensure system in operation smoothly and safety.

   编写自动化系统设备相关程序并能培训操作人员，确保工厂自动化系统平稳、安全的运行。

3. Make annual automation equipment maintenance plan combining with plant annual maintenance plan, identify relevant spare parts inventory.

   结合工厂维修计划制定自动化设备年度维护计划，确定备品备件库存。

4. Optimize the equipment combining with practice, including control system and software, reduce the equipment failure rate, and can use tools to find the root cause, help improving equipment MTTR and OEE, and complete the fact report analysis of the problem.

   结合实际情况对设备进行优化，包括控制系统和软件，较少设备故障率，利用工具发现根本原因，帮助提升设备的MTTR和OEE，并完成后期问题的分析报告。

5. Participation the improvement of equipment and the design of new equipment, ensure the sustainability of the automation system of equipment.

   参与设备的改进和新设备的选型设计，确保设备自动化的改进可持续性。

6. Participation and responsible for EHSMS items.

   参与和负责工厂EHS管理系统项目。

7. Ensure the automation system of plant accord with IOS9001 and IATF16949.

   确保工厂内自动化系统符合ISO9001和 IATF16949。

8. Complete the other tasks timely from maintenance manager.

   及时有效的完成经理布置的其他工作任务。

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Automation and engineering or related.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in PLC and automation area.

3. Advanced automation concept of industrial manufacturing.

4. Skilled in PC operations and proficient in PLC programming (Siemens), be familiar with HMI touch screen programming (Siemens), frequency converter.

5. Good at communication and problem solving.

6. Good English/Chinese communication skill, at least in written.

7. Good interpersonal skills.

8. Excellent knowledge and use of all MS office software.

9. Working experience in powder, automotive and industry manufacturing plant is preferred.

10. Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems
