Job Purpose:

The role is a critical position, responsible for the alignment of the strategy with the global Supply Chain strategy. The main responsibility of the role is to manage S&OP of China and oversea, consistently meet customer expectations and optimize supply chain performance. This position is the primary Supply Chain liaison with the China and oversea commercial partners to ensure achievement of aligned business goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts).

·       Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

·       Interact with sales, projecting, and manufacture to understand demand forecast drivers.

·       Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Projecting, and Manufacture to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.

·       Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.

·       Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

·       Inventory management and accountability within regions of responsibility.

·       In charge of Logistic of domestic country and oversea.

·       Warehouse management.

 

Qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree and above, BS in engineering background;

·       Knowledge and experience in demand planning, production planning, material planning and assembly plan;

·       Knowledge and experience in project planning;

·       Management skills and leadership ability;

·       Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;

·       Familiar with ERP-Systems especially SAP;

·       Must be knowledgeable in planning/forecasting system (MRP/ERP);

·       Excellent language skills in English.
