MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

Account service is responsible for account related setup and maintenance (account opening/updating/closure), also cover e-banking related setup and service.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 

• Review customer profile, account maintenance documentations and provide the related service;

• Perform KYC, customer profile and account maintenance in system;

• Close interaction with front office to react to customer needs in relation to E-banking, current account management, regulatory requirements topics;

• Perform account control such as blocking, reactivate, dormant, close, freeze account according to instruction given by relevant parties;

• Periodically review account status and take follow-up action on dormant accounts;

• Custody of customer files and account opening/KYC documentations in a proper manner. Ensure Customer documents are properly kept in good order;

• Preparation of account related regulatory reports, MI reports& statistics and ensure timely submission of reports to local authorities or indicated internal or external parties;

• Support E-banking related service including but not limited system setup, and archive of E-banking documentation.

• Provide support to account related projects but not limited to system changes

• Track exceptions/outstanding cases closely monitor the status and report any irregularities/ issues to line manager

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager
