Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Provide support, planning and configuration efforts for SAP Sales and Distribution and related areas in the ATG SAP business system. 
• Define and plan initiatives for the SAP business system, and provide improvement of the use of technology.
• Work through complex SAP process problems and document the business process as configured in SAP, test and ensure proper integration with other modules.
• Translate user requirements into specifications for system design and development.
• Provide solid understanding and functional knowledge of  Sales and Distribution as well as the integration of associated SAP business system modules. Additional knowledge about GTS (Global Trade Services) and EDI would be appreciated.
• Support corporate-sponsored initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate new development and enhancements including those requiring ABAP and SAP script.
• Application support for bolt-on software products and interfaces.
• Coordinate and provide documentation and training.
• Responsible for analysis, development, testing and implementation of interface systems.
• Support and perform data migration activities as needed to support implementations and other data update requirements.
• Work closely with other project team, IT leadership and business users to facilitate project progress and to ensure an integrated system solution.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: 

• Bachelor’s or University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales or similar (may consider 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• Required languages: Chinese and English. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP R/3 ECC6 application implementation, configuration and support for SAP R/3 SD and related modules. This should include specific knowledge in the following areas:

1. Delivery Processing (Including Picking, Packing, Pricing, Outputs)
2. Shipment Processing
3. Understand interfaces to external Warehouse Management, Freight  or Costing systems, GTS etc.
4. Basic knowledge of EDI processes
5. SD tables, data maintenance, LSMW
6. Userexits
7. ATP, Re-Scheduling
8. Credit Management

   

• Ability to work with business users to identify requirements, ‘translate’ these into configuration or functional specifications, execute and test. 
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle several project and support tasks concurrently meeting deadlines. 
• Able to establish priorities and plan, develop, coordinate and monitor own work plan and as well as work plans of those collaborating on the execution of projects. 
• Experience with System Upgrades, Support Packs and Enhancement Pack Upgrades.
• Basic understanding of security roles and authorizations. 
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and capable of working long and/or irregular hours when required.
• Maintains high standards of business and ethical conduct.
• Continuously works on improving knowledge and skills, accepts challenges and takes initiative.
• Remains calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Project related travel domestic and international is required. The range for travel can be from 0 to 50 % of the time.
