Job Responsibility:

• Manage and control the Accounts Receivable, VAT, invoice issue , export tax refund and others tax issue with tax bureau and custom

• Handle the affairs related to all kinds of government such as Fiscal Bureau, Statistics Bureau, Tax Bureau, etc. and prepare the reports required by those governments

• Prepare all kinds of necessary management reports on a monthly basis such as A/R Aging Report, Inventory aging report, Tax report, supporting of sales report and so on

• Assist auditor to finish the annual audit successfully

• Handle the annual united verification every year

• Responsible for the physical count of fixed assets and inventory at least once a year

• Update and prepare the SOP related to expense claim procedures etc.

• Follow the other arrangement from Finance Manager

   

  Job Requirement:

• College degree

• Good knowledge and ability of written and spoken English

• Accountant Certificate, Accountant Licenses

• 3 year + working experience in accounting area

• Basic skills in spoken and written English

• MS office software

• ERP system like MFG & SAP in finance module

• Self-learning capability and skills
