Objectives of the Job:

 

Main Duties:

 

1. Lead HV system modules in projects to ensure achievement of project milestone.

    

2. Technical coordination to ML(Module Leader) and VE(Validation Engineer)of HV sub-systems.

    

3. Be responsible for system integration related activities in terms of HV system architecture, function definition, function integration, operating strategy, function safety (FUSA), validation, HV charging strategy etc.

    

4. Support technical communication with customer for all HV system related topics.

    

5. Technical lead for capability grown up of HV system modules.

    

   Qualification

    

1. Above bachelor degree and major in mech. vehicle or related engineering courses.

2. More than 8+ years direct working experience on HV system integration.

    

3. Experience in HV system integration of EV vehicle, Understand EV high voltage system architecture, module function, high voltage system integration and verification process.

    

4. Good grasp of the overall-vehicle functions of vehicle acoustics, vehicle safety and security, operational dependability, thermal development, energy management, environment, geometric integration and customer functions.

    

5. Knowledge of English including negotiating skills, preferably accompanied by basic knowledge of the Chinese language and/or behavioral modes.

    

6. Intercultural understanding enabling the persons to answer many questions about overall-vehicle topics, which are put by the customer, in daily business.

7. Experienced in integration teamwork.
