 Leading and managing Supply Review activities for the Greater China region

? Create Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders within SAP and ERP systems to create inventory flow between global distribution centers and the Greater China warehouses

? Monitor weekly/monthly production plan attainments to ensure continuous product supply to prevent product interruption to the customer.

? Proactively communicate product availability updates to all levels of the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams including potential inventory or customer service risks.

? Leads the analysis and scenario planning to identify potential gaps and opportunities to improve supply plans, working capital, asset utilization, etc.

? Work with Demand Planning and assigned business units to understand demand, set priorities, and supply strategies for assigned products.

? Participates in monthly S&OP process

? Perform inventory management analysis necessary to control inventory balances that will meet customer demand without unnecessary carrying cost

? Monitoring inventory levels and batch expiry dates to limit company exposure to scrap and waste

? Provide process improvement ideas and opportunities to the GSC Planning – Asia Pacific team??

Requirement

? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related quantitative field.   APICS certification is a plus. 

? 4-5 years experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.

? Experience and understanding of ERP & Planning (DRP) software systems with the ability to optimize settings and performance – knowledge of SAP strongly preferred

? Working knowledge of time-series forecasting

? Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills

? Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others in a matrixed organizations.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks

? Effective time management skills to meet deadlines

? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)???
