岗位职责

1. Manage customer audit for responsible customers.

2. Responsible for major customer quality complaint management as the DIVE case owner.

3. Coordinate to prepare weekly / monthly reports or relevant data which customers ask for.

4. Take part in quality meetings with customers and make sure the decisions will be executed.

5. Coordinate to get customer requests communicated, assessed and implemented internally in SP.

6. Communicate with customers to confirm internal requests or questions.

7. Deal with quality related customer survey and self-assessment.

8. Manage RMA process and make sure RMA quality and efficiency can meet customer expectations

9. Perform failure analysis on RMA samples and dig out root cause for quality complaints per customer requests

10. Manage CQR and QH team.

任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above with more than 8 years working experiences in electronics manufacturing environment or relevant industries. At least 3 years at a managerial position.  

2. Tremendous experiences in dealing with customer quality (e.g. customer audit, customer complaint management, RMA handling, failure analysis, etc.).

3. Strong soft skills on coordination, communication, organization, influencing, etc. to manage internal and external interfaces (e.g. customer, sales, FAE, PLM, RD, operation, etc.) and achieve customer satisfaction.

4. Knowledge on technology and process of optical component / module is a plus.

5. Knowledge on technology and method of failure analysis is a plus

6. Creative thinking and fast learner with high passion.
