岗位职责：

1、新品电子、电器部件跟进，性能测试评审、寿命测试、测试实验等；

2、与美国电气工程师对接，部分资料翻译、归档整理；

3、客户端不良电器件、整机厂电器部件、不良品等的分析、统计分类整理；

4、新开发电子料件量产导入，各电子部件供货商技术支持（新品）；

5、从整机厂生产，电器件生产，以及设计源头三个方面制定改善措施并监督实施，降低产品不良率；

6、电器件整机性能测试，改进方向分析；

7、协助电子部件供货商，整机厂相关电子问题处理，做好生产过程的技术服务工作，及时处理好生产存在的技术问题；

8、解决技术问题，协助产品部开发产品的控制系统，协助机械工程师对设计的讨论优化；

9、样机试制，参加现场试验并处理电气故障，提出产品改进措施。

任职要求：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，电气类相关专业毕业；

2、三年以上电气类相关工作经验；

3、熟悉单片机设计、马达控制工作原理等；

4、良好的英语听、说、读、写的能力，能流利的和美国同事沟通；

5、良好的人际交往能力和团队协作能力，具有指导供货商工作的能力；

6、综合素质突出者，可适当放宽录用条件；

7、有电器自动化产品及设备的设计、调试经验者为佳。

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
