Daily Management

Oversee day to day accounting including but not limited to operation account payable, reimbursement, inter-group receipts and payments 

Principal account and local agency account processing

Customer invoice and freight collection

GL processing and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports and tax return (VAT, local levy and surcharge, IIT etc.)

Prepare monthly management reports including variance analysis and supporting schedules and other financial reports as required

Assist Finance Manager in formulating budget and forecast, preparing  variance analysis and other analysis reports

Monitor cash-flow and tracking the receipts and payments

Coordinate statutory audit and tax audit

Collect information on tax update and new tax regulation

Ad hoc duty

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Financial management/Taxation

At least 5 years’ experience in overall accounting supervisory role in shipping industry/international freight forwarder

Technical Skills

SAP experience is preferable

Professional Skills

Sound working knowledge and practical experience in Principal account processing, China VAT on international transportation industry and foreign exchange

Expertise in Word and ExcelIntermediate accountant qualification
