Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责

1. Deeply understand the clients needs of the farm location based on the information provided by clients, sales and onsite visits根据客户、销售提供的信息以及实习考察，深刻理解客户对于种植园的需求；

2. Design full farm projects in a range of different climates and landscapes including tunnels, block design, drainage, key structures to fulfill client needs为不同气候和地貌的地区设计种植园项目方案来满足客户的需求，项目设计包含大棚、区块、排水系统、主要结构设计等；

3. Communicate with Haygrove clients (with Sales Team support) to ensure they fully understand the design and can be flexible to make adjustments based on clients needs在销售团队支持下与客户交流，确保客户理解设计方案，配合客户需求做调整。

4. Visit client sites to ensure designs based on CAD and Google Earth maps are feasible.

5. Communicate with Product Manager and Supply Chain Team to ensure all product/logistics prices and tunnel designs are most updated与公司内生产经理及供应链团队沟通，确保所有产品及物流价格、棚体设计是新的

Job Requirements: 岗位要求

1. 3-5 years of experience in tunnel design, tunnel construction, or irrigation design 3-5年棚体设计、棚体建设和灌溉设计经验。

2. Solid understanding of tunnels and requirements of farming, including drainage, irrigation design and location of key structures like Pump Houses对大棚技术和要求有深刻的理解，包括排水系统、灌溉系统、水泵房等关键设置的安置点等技术。

3. Bachelor's Degree majoring in Engineering or Project Management is preferred 工程类及项目管理类本科以上学历。
