职位描述
岗位职责：
制定年度公关策略，配合公司项目策划及推动公关事件和内容，提升公司品牌知名度、美誉度；
配合品牌市场规划，提供公关支持，并能根据传播需求，规划公关传播方案并贯彻执行，并进行新闻宣传的监督和效果评估；
需要衔接梳理产品核心卖点，撰写新闻稿、发言稿、媒体FAQ、新媒体传播内容和拟定口径等对外相关的文字内容；
研究新媒体推广模式与渠道；利用新媒体进行品牌推广，产品营销；监督微信微博，以及其他企业号日常运营，有效策划及监督实施增粉计划；
公关危机处理，包括公司品牌的线上线下的舆情监测，并定期给出监测报告及优化策略；
完善公司的全国性媒体及海外媒体宣传资源库，科学管理媒体关系，建立长期稳定的媒体合作关系；
策划输出企业对外影响宣传内容，如品牌视频等。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，公关、新闻传播学、市场营销等相关专业优先；
5 年以上公关媒介及策划工作经验；
优秀的公关传播策划能力，具有较强新闻敏感性，敏锐把握媒体舆论环境、媒体选题需求；
对公关理念有深刻的了解，熟悉公关危机处理流程和应对方式，在执行层面之上有自己的见解；
文字功底好，熟悉新闻等文章模式的写作，有较强的文字处理能力；
性格开朗，务实，较强的应变能力，同时能承受较大的工作压力。
