Maintain Quality Management System ISO 9001 certification. l To work in collaboration with HW manager to obtain the CCC certification following regulatory / legal Chinese requirements. l To manage and lead the Chinese Quality Team and Organization: § Quality Supplier. § Quality Production. § Quality Customer. l To follow the progress on immediate, correctives and preventives actions following the issues from suppliers (through quality tools as 8D reports, Hishikawa, PDCA...). l To conduct a continuous improvement plan to follow-up progress on production quality. l To visit and audit suppliers on site. l To ensure the critical characteristics defined parts are under control, and their capabilities follow-up. l To ensure products are matching with customers and company requirements. l To monitor the performance through KPI following targets defined by the Group. l To provide support to other departments (engineering, production...) to improve solutions on production, l assembly, controls, test... l To provide internal and external communication with other departments, suppliers, customers for quality l matters. l Anticipate unforeseen situations and quickly make corrective decisions. l This list is not exhaustive and may be modified depending on the evolution of the service activity. Others: l Ensure respect of safety rules, security of the goods. l Arrange physical relocation of warehouses and workshops if needed. l Anticipate unforeseen situations and quickly make corrective decisions. l Tasks may be added to above list according to company evolution and project development.
