岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1/ Develop, test, and maintain data platforms
Collaborate with the data platforms product owner to understand the business, the technical needs, and Decathlon standards.
Design the data architecture for the data platforms.
Build data platforms accordingly.
Test the new releases in pre-production before releasing them in the production environment.
Maintain production environments.

2/ Developing data pipelines
Develop the data pipelines between the best data sources and the data platforms with the ETL tool.
Ensure the performance of your ETL jobs to match the requirements.
Regularly update and make accessible the documentation of the jobs you develop.

3/ Accompany the product teams to build the data architecture of their product
Write the policies, standards, and processes of data architecture.
Write the standards and processes for data modeling.
Apply these standards and processes within the different product teams.

4/ Guarantee the quality of the data provided through the data platforms
Monitor the data quality according to the requirements of the data quality manager*.
Manage the data quality issue tickets until their solving.
Communicate regularly with the data quality manager about the fixes done and to be done.

*The data quality manager is accountable for the quality of the data in the data platforms.

5/ Check the access, usage, and security
Set up a system for access management to the data platforms, following the recommendations of the Security Office team.
Grant data access rights to users according to Decathlon’s access policy.
Ensure data security in general - regular tests of the backups, encryption of sensitive data, regular pentests, and solving the pentests issues.
Ensure Personal Identifiable Information (PII) security.
Ensure the confidentiality of confidential information.
Follow the guidelines of the Security Office team to ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations.

任职资格:

Requirements:
Passion for sport, you like to enjoy sports with your teammates
You have significant experience using Talent ETL.
You master SQL language.
You have experience in designing and implementing big data platforms in cloud environments.
You have experience implementing and supporting Spark.
Listening skills, empathy, team spirit, you care about your teammates and business partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Good documentation skills.
You have at least 5 years of work experience as a Data Engineer for a retail company.
Mandarin is your mother tongue, and you are fluent in English.
