2．有效解决客户在使用过程中存在的问题，明确客户需求，提供有针对性的培训，为客户提供多种形式的技术支持服务。

    

3．通过专业的服务以及相关技术成果的分享，建立起客户的信任并提高客户满意度。

    

4．通过客户访问、专家访谈、应用研究等多种形式，了解公司产品及竞品的用户反馈，发现和转化优质信息资源。

    

5. 与市场团队、销售团队和工程师团队密切配合，共同提高客户满意度、产品知名度和市场覆盖度。

    

6．根据公司发展目标，负责技术应用团队的建设及管理。

    

    

任职条件：

    

1.博士学历，细胞生物学、免疫学或相关专业毕业。

    

2.5年以上从事流式细胞行业的工作经验。

    

3.熟悉细胞生物学研究工作流程以及临床实验流程。

    

4.英语口语及书面表达能力强

    

5.适应较高频率的出差。
