1.   调研区域内商车后市场情况，包括相关政策及营销，市场规模和行业发展趋势，潜在竞争对手、潜在合作伙伴及客户发展现状及各自优劣势和痛点等；

2.   协助公司制定未来中长期市场发展战略；

3.   负责商用车（重卡等）零配件后市场调研，积极了解和反馈潜在合作伙伴、行业及竞争对手、客户动态信息；

4.   协助或负责商务谈判，协同公司内外部资源，广泛联系潜在合作伙伴进行合作洽谈并达成战略合作，完成渠道开发维护等工作；

5.   开发区域内客户，主动了解和分析客户需求，判断客户需求痛点，为客户提供双赢解决方案；建立良好客户关系，维护企业形象和利益；

6.   理解上级和团队整体业务发展方针、计划以及下达的任务，并贯彻计划和任务的执行；

 

 

任职资格:

1.   全日制本科及以上学历（非专升本）；

2.   CET六级，精通office软件(PPT等)；

3.   具备战略思维及敏锐的市场洞察力；

4.   具备国内外商用车及配件领域相关渠道及资源优先；

5.   三年及以上相关工作经验；

6.   良好的学习能力和态度，快速掌握业务所需产品和市场知识；

7.   良好的团队合作精神，能够通过团队内和跨团队协作，完成任务目标；

8.   较强的抗压能力，能够在压力下出色的完成任务；

9.   强烈的进取精神，有志于根据业务发展来进一步组建团队并提升相应管理能力；较强的逻辑思维能力，工作严谨；

10. 宽阔的视野，广泛的兴趣，一定的国际贸易知识基础。
