岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing team in all aspects of marketing activities and assist to create and carry out highly effective marketing programs that drive loyal patient volumes. Work with clinical departments and critically understand target audiences to create bridges that increase awareness of SHU services, ultimately bringing patient loyalty and driving business goals, utilizing strong Chinese written and oral English skills, and experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
? Help create and carry out marketing strategies that drive loyal patient volumes by working closely with the marketing director and teammates.
? Work closely with medical staff to understand targeted audiences and offerings that drive awareness for departments including OB and Peds.
? Draft and implement marketing plans and campaigns that support business goals.
? Be actively involved in all elements of the marketing team’s efforts.
? Develop advertising and promotional opportunities and partnerships within the community.
? Generate innovative brand marketing ideals with specialist agencies above & below the line.
? Measure effectiveness, plan financial budgeting, and create statistical reports
? Other work as assigned

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record carrying out successful marketing strategies and tactics selling services to both Chinese and international clients in a bilingual (English/Chinese) environment
? Bachelor’s degree. Hospitality, service industry, and/or medical background preferred.
? Fluent in Chinese and English

Skills:
? Measurable success in finding and converting interested parties to committed clients
? Ability to conduct market research, draw implications from research results to design service offerings
? Strong project management skills, and cross function cooperation

Knowledge:
? Easy in contacting people (at all levels in the customer organization and within the hospital).
? Familiarity with hospital service lines and membership programs, and follow-up
? Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.
? Have drive, determination and the desire to be successful
