Accountabilities 主要工作职责
- 配合品牌经理进行品牌推广活动项目策划,全权负责活动执行及后续活动结果追踪,以实现更好的活动驱动;
- Support Brand Manager to plan IMC campaigns, take full responsibility of marcom campaign execution, and continuously improve on execution for better campaign delivery.
与广告设计,活动策划,线下执行及物料制作供应商对接,协助品牌经理验收项目方案;
Support BM on daily communication with agencies and check campaign plan.
负责对新媒体(微博,微信,抖音)平台进行日常运营、数据记录和分析,增加品牌喜爱度及品牌吸引力。及时了解社交媒体趋势,定期与内部团队分享***实践案例;
Manage social contents and consumer interactions across Brands social channels (Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, etc.) to increase brand love and strengthen brand desirability. Keep up-to-date on social media trends and give internal sharings of best practices.
根据品牌发展战略, 配合相应时间节点和热点事件,策划并执行有影响力的拉新、促活或传播活动,参与线上线下活动的策划;
Through solid understanding of the brand’s strategy and assist the BM in building a healthy marketing funnel.
负责沟通进口SKU事宜:与法务,QA、global团队等密切合作,负责AW画面与中文标签开发等,确保产品的各个阶段完全符合要求;
Responsible for communication of import SKU: work closely with legal, QA and global teams, responsible for AW files and Chinese label development, to ensure that all stages of the product fully meet the requirements.
管理合同/竞标/采购订单/付款等,追踪费用支出把控全年市场项预算等;
Manage contracts/bidding/PO/payments and be responsible for brand P&L management and tracking FY budget.
完成品牌经理交代其他任务;
Support BM on other daily responsibilities.
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求
Education 教育背景:
本科学历以上;
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related field
Experience 工作经验:
1-2年快消品经验,创新,项目管理及自媒体运营经验优先;
1-2 years marketing experiences in FMCG, innovation, project management,social media operation experience is preferred.

Able to work independently, multitask on multiple projects and can deliver under pressure.
