PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
· Manage Customer Forecasts. Responsible for analyzing customer forecasts for accuracy and volatility, request customers to improve, or override customer data when necessary. Forecasts must provide adequate visibility of future demand for both our external supply chain as well as internal operations groups.

· Achieve Customer Delivery Performance Goals. Set up systems to achieve success in delivery performance for key customers. This involves forecast management, requests for flywheel inventory or lower-level safety stocks, consistent internal expediting to avoid miscues, and maintenance of notes and records to handle disputes regarding monthly performance metrics. The detailed work contains but not limited as below: Issue shipping notice to Warehouse on the basis of schedule and payment/Follow up shipment status/Delivery invoice to customer timely/Reporting OTD on monthly basis

· Quick Response to Customer Inquiries. Responsible for communication of Customer Service related issues regarding lead times, product/material availability, pricing, quotes on service part requests and the ordering process, including the expediting process and fees on customer inquiries. Research unusual requests to determine alternate solutions to complex customer problems. Provide details of options available to meet customer supply requirements.
快速响应客户需求。负责客户服务相关问题的沟通,包括交货期、产品/材料的可用性、价格、服务报价和订购流程,包括客户询问的加急流程和费用问题。研究特殊的要求,以确定复杂客户问题的替代解决方案。提供优选方案细节以满足客户供应需求。
· Timely and Accurate Order Entry. Responsible for timely and accurate entry of discrete customer orders, as well as proper management and communication of issues regarding EDI/Supply Chain orders. This process also includes prompt formal acknowledgement of delivery dates and pricing to the customer.
及时准确的订单录入。负责及时准确的录入客户的订单数据,以及对EDI/供应链订单的问题进行适当的控制和沟通。
· Advocate for the Customer. Responsible to interface with Production Management, Engineering and Purchasing at all US facilities to supply prompt and accurate information to the customers regarding their orders. Expedite customer orders as needed to support supply requirements. Coordinate activities and relay information between the customer, HUSCO factories, sales personnel, and others, to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain Computer System. Responsible for maintenance of customer order related records in the business system. This includes EDI set up, Customer Agreement, part number cross references, customer essential data, special instructions utilized in producing, shipping and billing an order correctly and on time. Also includes maintenance of customer bill-to and ship-to information.
维护系统。负责在业务系统中进行客户订单相关数据的维护。包括建立EDI, 客户协议,零件编号,客户必要信息,在生产、运输和正确、及时地开出订单时使用的特殊指南。还有包括客户账单及发货信息的维护。
· Improve Department Performance. Recommend efficiency improvements to process and procedure to provide more timely and accurate support of customer. Respond to customer calls requiring a thorough knowledge of products, lead times, availability and the ordering process. Coordinate activities and relays information between the customer, factories, sales personnel, and others, to ensure customer satisfaction. Cooperate with internal and external required audits.

· Strong Team Player and Contributor. Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere. Combines strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate’s Degree in business, operations/supply chain, sales/marketing, or equivalent in related area or comparable education and experience.大专以上学历,业务,供应链运营,销售/市场相关专业
· A minimum of five (5) years of related experience. Preferred experience working with international companies.5年以上相关工作经验。外企工作经验优先考虑。
· Some technical product knowledge is a plus.掌握产品技术知识为佳。
· Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas as follows: Operations, Design Engineering, Purchasing and Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving.必须具备跨部门之间的人际沟通能力:生产运营,工程,采购,库存控制及收发货部门等。
· Effective trouble shooting, problem solving and organizational skills. Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner.有效解决问题及组织能力。能够处理频繁的中断,完成紧迫的交货要求,并有效地处理冲突。
· Experience with Microsoft Office products. Accurate typing/computer data entry with above average attention to detail.熟练使用微软办公软件。准确数据录入。
· Experience working with IFS or another ERP system preferred.IFS系统或ERP系统相关操作经验
