Responsibilities

Project Management

1. Client’s project planning, activation management, and ongoing project monitoring including internal and external communications, budget planning, testing, technology support and data analysis.
2. Support Engage director to provide domain expertise including industry case studies, and new ways to engage consumers. 
3. Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programmes, and efficiently bring deliveries of projects and business goals.

Team communications

1. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the project process.
2. Work closely with both internal and external departments and provide clear briefing.
3. Communicate with clients and vendors on technology and data related projects.
4. Collaborate with other team members to explore more professional skills on domain knowledge including digital marketing technology trends, channels and tools.

Required skills and experience

1. Ideally 5+ years of agency IT project management experience.
2. Ideally have data solution experience.
3. Bachelor’s degree above.
4. Strong abilities of planning, report drafting and analytics.
5. Strong leadership skills and be able to work under pressure.

1. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.

1. Fluency in English is a plus.
