岗位职责

1. Attend the IATF16949 quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary.

2. Strong quality sense and quality management skills.

3. Familiar with OEM requirement SGM shanghai three plants especially.

4. Familiar with Minitab.

5. Familiar with GD&T, gage using and measurement device.

6. Familiar BIQS.

7. Quality tooling for problems solving skill.

8. Can review and completion FMEA/CP/ WI on new parts and ECN.

9. Development and implementation PPAP provided to customer.

10. Supplier quality assurance, issue feedback and containment, corrective action follow till close. Supplier performance monthly report and review.

11. Solving customer problems, with G- 8D etc tools.

12. Lead team solving the site quality issues and follow validate the improvement status.

13. Coach technicians or inspectors.

14. Maintain good relationship with customer.

Other works assigned by QA manager.

岗位要求

  

1. Four years degree in engineering or quality or business preferred.

2. 5-8 years of experience as a quality engineer preferred.

3. 5 year or more of auto industry experience and knowledge of - 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP is required.

4. Certification of internal audit for IATF16949 is preferred.
5. Ability to reading and writing English is required.

6. Must be able to deal with strong customer interaction.

7. Ability to read blueprints.

8. Communication skills need.
