3. 确保酒单的正确性， 并根据库存来更换葡萄酒

4. 配合公司各类活动，参与执行待酒方面的相关工作

5. 培训员工，激励员工为客人提供卓越的酒水服务；

6. 根据客人的需求推荐合适的酒。

职位要求：

1. 具有丰富的葡萄酒知识，为客人推荐心目中最想要的酒款；

2. 良好的英文听说写能力，热爱美食美酒

3. 有3年以上高级服务场所的工作经验；

4. 形象气质良好，具备较高的个人修养及沟通能力，和优秀的服务技能和销售技巧；
