Responsible for supporting the Company in the overall development of the Sales function by promoting core and value-added services through opportunity-based sales to achieve business Targets 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 New Business:

• Identify decision makers within Targeted leads to begin the sales process

• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects

• Collaborate with the sales manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches/campaigns 

Management of Accounts:

• Make regular follow up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up selling and cross selling

• Where  necessary, support marketing efforts such as exhibitions and events         

Business Management:

• Provide weekly sales reports
• Provide monthly data analysis gains/losses/projections

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ability to utilise technical expertise and knowledge to contribute to the development and broadening of products and services to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Professional attitude – identifies and acts upon customer needs to deliver an excellent customer experience

• A Team Player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid experience in opportunity, call control, account development and time management
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
• Excellent organisation, planning and reporting skills
• Self-motivated with High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• The ability to meet and exceed both personal and company goals
• Maintain a positive “can do” attitude
